The Dow Chemical Company ( NYSE: DOW), has declared a dividend of 15 cents per share, payable July 30, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2009.

This marks the 391st consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
