Julie Fasone Holder, senior vice president, has been appointed to the Catalyst Board of Advisors. Founded in 1962, Catalyst is the leading nonprofit membership organization working globally with businesses to build inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for women and business. Dow is a global member of Catalyst. Fasone Holder's appointment provides Dow with the opportunity to further shape and leverage Catalyst's research agenda, and access best practices from leading companies. She will join senior executives on the Advisory Board from leading firms including Microsoft, Toyota, IBM, and Wal-Mart, all of whom are active members of the Advisory Board.
As previously announced, Fasone Holder plans to retire from Dow in July, but will continue to play an ambassador role for Dow with Catalyst.
