Dow Chairman and CEO Andrew Liveris was the featured speaker at the Detroit Economic Club September 22. The venue is one of the most influential podiums in the United States.
Liveris shared thoughts on the importance of the U.S. constructing a comprehensive industrial policy to restore vigor and strength to the American economy. He outlined the necessity to balance the needs for energy, the environment and manufacturing as the foundation to keep the U.S. competitive in a world that is increasingly global, sophisticated and interdependent.
