Effective September 1, 2006, or as contracts allow, Dow Chelants will increase off-list prices in the US by $0.04 USD/lb on all grades and forms of the following products. 

VERSENE™ Tetraammonium EDTA
VERSENE™ Diammonium ETDA

Effective immediately maximum monthly purchases may be held to 100% of year-to-date monthly averages or to contract quantities, whichever is less.  These price actions are necessary to restore margins to acceptable levels and continue meeting product supply requirements.
