Hong Kong - August 18, 2006
Effective September 1, 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow Epoxy – a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company – will increase prices for its epichlorohydrin products by Japanese Yen 20 per kilogram in Japan, and by US$200 per metric ton in Korea and Southeast Asia. The price increase is driven by high feedstock cost and tight supply of epichlorohydrin globally.
Customer interested to learn more about the price increase, please contact sales representatives in their Dow local offices. For more information about epoxy resins from Dow, please visit www.dowepoxy.com or www.epoxyavenue.com.
