Effective August 31, 2006, The Dow Chemical Company is increasing off-list prices for all UCON™ Fluids and Lubricants and SYNALOX™ Lubricants in North America effective October 1, 2006, or as contracts allow by the following amounts:
- Off-list prices of UCON Hydrolube Concentrates will increase by US$0.04/lb.
- Off-list prices of UCON Fully Formulated Hydrolubes and High Pressure Fluids will increase by US$0.04/lb.
- Off-list prices of UCON LB, HB and H-series base fluids, and SYNALOX™ series base fluids will increase by US$0.04/lb.
- Off-list prices of UCON TPEG and MPEG products will increase by US$0.02/lb.
In addition, off-list prices of the following formulated UCON products or their off-brand equivalents will increase by US$0.04/lb:
