Dow Europe GmbH is announcing the following price increases across the European, Middle East and African regions.

Effective October 1, 2006, Dow Europe will increase:

• by 100 Euro per metric ton for all grades of NORDEL™ IP hydrocarbon rubbers.
• by 80 Euro per metric ton for all grades of NORDEL™ MG hydrocarbon rubbers.
• by 100 Euro per metric ton for all grades of Synthetic Rubber products.
• and by 150 Euro per metric ton for all grades of Wire and Cable compounds.
