Horgen, Switzerland - October 20, 2006
Effective 1 November 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow Epoxy will increase prices for its epoxy resins in Europe (including Turkey). This price increase is in addition to the previously announced October increase.
The increases are as follows:

| Epoxy Novolac Resins | D.E.N.™ 400 series | 100 Euro / MT |
